The People Management area is where you can view your community members, view community member content, create custom views of members, export a list of your community members, search for community members, and make changes in a community members status and role.
The default view will show all active members ordered by most recent activity. In the “All People” column you can quickly see members name, role in the community, and their participation level. This participation number is the total number of conversations, replies, and comments that user has made in your community. Employee and Champion badges are clearly denoted, along with visual indicators for suspended users.
