Account & Billing Information

Billing information for your Get Satisfaction community can be found on the Account Details page in the Configure Workspace. You must be an Admin of your community to view this page.

Billing Contact Information

The billing contact will receive email statements about the account. To update the billing contact information, simply press the green “update” button underneath the “Contact Information” section on the Account Details page.

Credit Card Information

To update the billing contact information, simply press the green “update” button under the “Account” section on the Account Details page. Get Satisfaction accepts all major credit cards, however, we are unable to process cards with a Maestro logo on them.

Statements

View copies of your statements from the Account Details page in the admin section. Click through each statement to view specific information, and download/ print as necessary.
