Embed a GoToAssist live support button in your community homepage.
With the Citrix GoToAssist integration, companies can easily allow their customers to request live support via chat and remote screen sharing from GoToAssist straight from their Get Satisfaction community. This integration is available for customers on any paid Get Satisfaction plan, who are also customers of Citrix GoToAssist.
Community Admins can easily set up the integration from the Admin section of their Get Satisfaction community. Once activated, the community will have a “Start Support Session” button in the sidebar.
