The Account Details page lets you view important information related to your Get Satisfaction communities account and plan.
Details included are:
- Current Plan – The current plan that your community is on
- Subscriber Since – The original date of the creation of your subscription
- Next Bill Cycle – The date of your next payment processing. Most Get Satisfaction communities are on annual billing.
- Management Seats – Various plans allow for a different number of management seats. This will show you what is included in your current plan.
- Contact Information – This is the name, title, phone number, and email address associated with the billing contact for your community.
