This course is typically taken during the launch process of your community. However, it is still available at no cost to those who joined a community team after the launch process was completed.

If you are a Community Manager or moderator in a community this course will be very beneficial. If you are looking to gain a better understanding of the elements of the Get Satisfaction platform in order to set up basic technical aspects of the community (such as configuring the look and feel of the community, the Platform Training Course is a great supplement to Education Center content.
