Community managers can easily export conversations to their Zendesk instance through Manage Workspace. The Zendesk integration makes it easy for your community team and support team to work together.
Once the integration has been set up, the option to export to Zendesk will appear on the right hand side of the conversation in Manage Workspace. Click the “Export” link to begin the export process.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you want to export this community conversation into Zendesk. Click the “export” button to confirm. The pop-up window will close and you are now able to find the community conversation in your Zendesk dashboard!
